We are pleased to announce the promotion of Julie Jones to Vice President of Real Estate Sales. Julie joined Nations Home Warranty in 2007 and has held the position of Regional Sales Manager where she has reached impressive sales records. She is known as a team player and has the ability to overcome problems during challenging times. She will take on the role of Vice President of Real Estate Sales while retaining her core territory.
Julie has a wealth of experience and we are excited about her new role at Nations Home Warranty. She has been dedicated to the real estate industry for more than 26 years. Her service to the Metro-Tex Association of Realtors includes: Leadership, Realtors in Action Committee, Affiliate Forum and the Leadership Academy. In 2013 she was awarded Affiliate of the Year for MetroTex Association of Realtors.
While she served as Chair of the Affiliate Forum committee, in 2011, her committee created the Metro-Techie Series which was awarded the Program of the Year in the Marketing category from TAR. She is proud to be a graduate of the Metro-Tex Leadership Academy - Class 17. Serving as a past officer of Women's Council of Realtor's Dallas Chapter where in 2009 she was awarded Affiliate of the Year!
Julie is a lifelong resident of Dallas where she lives with her husband.
Bernice has been active in the Real Estate Industry since 2001 when she received her Texas Real Estate License.
She is a member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, Arlington Board of Realtors, Granbury Association of Realtors, Johnson County Board of Realtors, Greater Metro West Association of Realtors, Burleson Tour Group, Waxahachie Tour Group and the Metro-Tex Association of Realtors.
Bernice is dedicated to helping Realtors, Buyers and Sellers understand how to get the full benefits of a home warranty. Customer service is a priority to Bernice and she is someone that you can depend on and she is available any time to help with your home warranty needs or questions.
Bernice resides in Parker County with her three children.
Jamie started her career in Real Estate in 2001. After learning the title industry, she found that sales were her passion. The satisfaction of giving excellent customer service is her motivator.
She is an active member of the Collin County Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors Dallas Chapter and MetroTex Association of Realtors. She has served as a member of MetroTex Affiliate Committee for three years (2014, 2015 & 2016).
Her work as Hospitality Chair for the Dallas Women’s Council of Realtors covers two annual terms from 2016-2018. At the same time, she served as Registration Chair for the High Tea in 2017.
While serving at the Collin County Association of Realtors her work included Vice Chair of Affiliate Committee and Vice Chair for the Realtors Holiday Auction both in 2016.
In her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and enjoying life.
