I just wanted to thank you both for working with us on this claim. We are eternally grateful for Nations ultimately replacing the heater. Blue Star was actually at our home today and replaced the heater. I am so happy to know that things have worked out and I promise you will continue to hear nothing but positive things from these two Nations’ customers. We have always been big advocates of Nations and will continue to be so in the future. Thank you for your review of the situation and your help and understanding of the entire chain of events. It is just such a relief to know that taking care of your things will be rewarded in the future and that good companies do exist.
